Kacey feels blessed to have joined Dentistry by the Bay in 2007 when she moved here to Petoskey. Her role here has evolved over the years, taking her out of her comfort zone of assisting and putting her in management, marketing, social media and other administrative duties.

Kacey is able to utilize her business degree from Baker College with these expanded office duties. She continues to expand her knowledge with continuing education courses in all aspects of the dental field.

Kacey loves every aspect of what she does: where she works, the team she works with and all of the amazing patients that we have here! She enjoys being a part of this practice and growing with it. She has always taken a liking to the dental world and enjoys learning all she can. When we started offering skin care, she could not wait to expand her knowledge and start learning. Here at Dentistry by the Bay, she feels we are always held to our highest potential and pushed to be the best we can be for the patients. She wants to make every aspect of each patient’s visit memorable in a great way for them. She wants patients to want to talk and refer their friends and family to us because of the excellent care they received from the minute they walked through our door to the very end of their appointment.

Kacey has an amazing and talented husband. They have an adorable, smart and hilarious daughter who was born on Christmas Day. She is a proud aunt to a handsome nephew and adorable niece. She enjoys Jeeping all over Michigan with her family and friends!

AMANDA was blessed to join this amazing team in 2017. She truly enjoys getting to know all the patients on a personal level. When patients come to the office, her top goal is to make them feel welcome and cared for.

Amanda is married to her amazing husband, Shawn, and they have two dogs. As a Michigan native, Amanda enjoys spending time outdoors and takes advantage of each season. Boating, kayaking, snowmobiling and four-wheeling are just a few things she likes to do in her free time.

BRITNEY completed the Dental Assistant program at Ross Medical Education Center in 2018 and joined the Dentistry By the Bay team in 2021.
Born and raised in Northern Michigan, Britney enjoys spending the summers outside with her three kids and hibernating in the winters. She also likes going to country music concerts on her time off.

BETHANY joined Dentistry by the Bay in June 2016. She is certified in taking dental X-rays, and she likes to help our patients deal with their dental fears because she knows what it is like to be scared at the dentist’s office.

Bethany has two sons and two dogs, and she enjoys camping, boating and four-wheeling in her spare time.

Kaitlyn is a certified dental radiographer who obtained her certification in 2018. She was born and raised in Sault Ste Marie, MI, until 2019, when she relocated to Emmet County. Kaitlyn spends her free time outdoors with her three sons, attending their sports events, fishing, hunting, and cooking. She is grateful to be part of the team at Dentistry By the Bay.

KELLEY graduated from Lansing Community College with a degree in Applied Science and Dental Hygiene in 1996. She believes that dental health is important to the overall health of a person and works to help people understand the health of their mouth and find solution’s that work for them. She has a great appreciation for the team of dental professionals that work together to help each other do our best work at Dentistry by the Bay.

In her spare time(HAHA) she enjoys spending time with her wonderful husband, going hiking, traveling, learning new things, trying new things and looking forward to what amazing things life has in store.

HAILEY graduated from Ferris State University with a bachelors of allied health, an associate in applied science and dental hygiene, and a certificate of gerontology. She works hard to educate and motivate her patients on the overall health of their oral cavity.

Hailey enjoys working together with her team and creating a welcoming environment for each patient!
In her free time Hailey enjoys being outdoors with her friends and family. A number of different activities keeps her busy year-round. Playing softball, boating, camping, snowmobiling, and swimming with her 2 (soon to be 3 pups). She as well loves hunting, fishing, and exploring outdoors with her amazing and hardworking boyfriend, Tyler.

Trista loves living in northern Michigan with her husband of 11 years and 4 children (2 girls and 2 twin boys). After 15+ years in the retail industry, she decided it was time to stay home when the boys were born. The itch to get back to work came after 18 months at home and the opportunity at Dentistry by the Bay fell into her lap at just the right time in Fall of 2022. She loves the atmosphere and rapport of the office. Making patients feel welcome and taken care of effectively and efficiently is her top priority. When Trista is not at work she loves dabbling in photography, doing anything outside with the kids, going for walks in nature, and hosting cookouts with friends.
